Who We Are
Dreamcatcher 3D Limited (company number 15693774), registered at Suite 29A, 3/F, 23 Wharf Street, London SE8 3GG, is the controller responsible for personal information handled through this website and our business communications. You can contact us at info@dreamcatcher3d.co.uk or +44 7934 955915.
Information We Handle
We may receive your name, company, contact details, project location, project requirements and correspondence when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or another agreed channel. The enquiry form currently displayed on this website is a frontend demonstration: entries are not transmitted to us or stored in a database.
Purposes and Lawful Bases
We use enquiry and correspondence information to respond to requests, prepare quotations, take steps before entering a contract, deliver agreed services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, our lawful bases are steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business, legal obligation, or consent where consent is specifically requested.
Storage Technologies and Consent
We use essential local storage to remember your privacy choices. Optional Matterport tours are blocked until you allow external media. You can reject optional technologies as easily as accepting them and can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
Matterport and Other Recipients
If you choose to load a Matterport tour, your browser connects directly to Matterport. Matterport may receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details and may use its own storage technologies. We may also share personal information with professional advisers, hosting or communications providers, and authorities where necessary. We do not sell personal information.
International Transfers
Some service providers, including providers of embedded external media, may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where we are responsible for such a transfer, we use an applicable UK adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards as required. Third-party services may also process information under their own privacy notices.
Retention
We retain enquiry, quotation and project correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active project, establish or defend legal claims, and meet accounting or other legal requirements. The consent preference stored on your device remains until you clear site data or we replace it with a new consent version.
Your Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information; restrict or object to its use; receive portable data; and withdraw consent at any time. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions. Contact us to make a request. We normally respond within one month.
Complaints
Please contact us first if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Changes to This Notice
We review this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised update date.
